Confirmed reservation can be made by prepaying the suggested donation amount of $30/person, using Paypal, Venmo or Zelle, or you may send a check in the amount of $30/person. If paying by check please complete the sign up form, make the check payable to the artist and use the date of the show. If sending a check, please mail to the venue address as follows: NB House Concerts, c/o Elaine Hayden, 250 Timber Wild, New Braunfels, TX 78132.
For all shows doors open at 4:30pm and the show will start at 5:00pm. You are invited to come early to have a chance to mingle with other guests. There will be two sets of music with a potluck supper in-between. Shows will end by 8:00pm. In addition to the donation, all you need to bring is something for the potluck. I’ll be providing paper goods, as well as coffee, iced tea and lemonade. Artists bring along a selection of their CDs for purchase as well as other merchandise.
For a true VIP experience, you’ll have a chance during the break and after the show to speak with the musicians.
Cancellation Policy: I hold all pre-payment until the day of the performance. Since I know life happens, if you find you cannot attend the show, I will gladly return your donation (or tear up your check) if you notify me 72 hours in advance (by Thursday).
